Plastic injection molding services on modern machines

At Pernar, injection molding is based on energy-efficient and precise Haitian Mars 2 and Mars 5 machines, with shot weights from 1 g to 150 g. Our machine park enables stable processing, repeatable quality, and reliable processing of engineering polymers in all batch sizes.

For optimal material preparation we use Shini drying systems for hygroscopic plastics, while HB-Therm and Tool-Temp temperature control units ensure constant mold temperature and excellent surface quality.

We mold components with high dimensional accuracy, suited to series, high-volume, and specialized production. We process materials such as ABS, PC-ABS, ASA, PA6, PA66 (reinforced), PE-HD, and PP.
